How to unlock the Immortal Slayer achievement in Marenian Tavern Story: Patty and the Hungry God - Definitive Guide

This achievement is, IMHO, the worst of the lot for the Defeat X Enemies series in this game. Immortals are the rarest of the lot with only a few specific enemies that qualify for it. A more accurate title IMO, rather than Immortals, would be Undead as those appear to be the only ones of farmable mobs that have that tag.
The best place to work on these defeats would be in the Plusterra Mine, 1st area. The mobs that you are looking for are the Hell Knights (a skeleton-looking enemy) and Banshees (a purple, floating female mob). Use either a Monster Attractor or the accessory/ring that increases enemy encounters to help.
Wait until you've farmed out the Gather 2000 Times achievement to work on this as then you can use the Normal dungeon option rather than the Hard that gives more gathering spots.
Regardless of how you're doing it, you're in for a slog. I only had around 50 or so Immortal kills by the time I reached the post-game. Good luck!
