Oni- Terrorize 10 guards
To achieve this achievement you have to make a guard scared from seeing a dead body. In the beginning you can just throw a dead at him, but this becomes easier further within the game. Later in the game you acquire the ability to hang guards from post for them to be seen.
Another way to get this is with the spikes. If you can find two guards standing together you can break a light or throw a knife at them. When you drop the bamboo mine just make sure you drop it in the walking path of one of the guards and watch the other guard go crazy when his partner dies.

Later in the game, you get the Path of Nightmares costume. Wearing this outfit causes guards to become terrified of seeing you stealth kill someone or even from just finding a body.
In all honesty, you'll probably get this just playing through the game, but if you don't, the Nightmares costume would make it trivial to get in a very short time.
Also, it's worth noting that there's an achievement for terrorizing five guards with the results of hanging stealth kills, so do that one first to get five of them out of the way. There's also a ton of equipment later on that terrorizes guards. The insects are my favorite, but there's also a terror dart that terrorizes guards just by hitting them with it.

You can terrorize guards a number of ways. One way is to throw a corpse at them (Things Better Left Unseen), or have one + guard(s) watch while a guard either steps on a spike mine, gets crushed by a chandelier, falls from being hanged by your grappling hook, and a number of other fun ways. During this time you can also get the achievement for having one guard kill the other as guard's go crazy when they're terrorized.
