VERY EASY method.
Buy the 'Cardboard box.' It is a re-usable item in the campaign, and very effective. You can set it up as a guard is coming, OR even crawl along inside of it until you are close enough behind them, on their set routine, but just make sure you sit still while they are looking. Very simple, you get the honor bonus just as normal, once per guard.
If you upgrade the box, you can also assassinate a guard for an easy and fun achievement, after you get the 'Undetected' honor bonus of course.

I got this pretty early on, around the 3rd or 4th level. It becomes slightly easier when you've received the Spider Dangle skill, which allows you to lower yourself from a rappel point into range of an enemy to get the Undetected Bonus.
What you want to do is hide in a spot by an enemy; these spots will be highlighted by the B icon and then by hitting B you will slide into hiding. Common hiding spots are doors, bushes, dumpsters and rappel points. If your hiding spot isn't on a guard's route, you can use a dart, noisemakers, etc. to distract them and have them head your way. Another good method is to use a dart to knock out a light which has a larger range and therefore is easier to get a guards attention. Once the guard has passed you, the Undetected Bonus will pop up, granting you 200 points.
Basically, just find a hiding spot by each enemy and once you hit 10, the achievement will unlock.

The Undetected honor bonus comes when an enemy moves very close to you when you are concealed in some way, whether you're on a grappling ledge, in a bush, in a trashcan or hanging from the ceiling (among other things), this will trigger.
