The pot of gold appears when there is only 1 person left alive on the map in Party mode. To get this achievement you must be the last person standing and grab the prize on Flower Falls. It popped for me when playing against bots. If you are just playing against another person locally it will not trigger.
Velvet
Online only.
In Flower Falls, the ground below you will fall every time you step on a new bush. You need to be the last one alive for the pot of gold to show up. Once it does, pick it up before the time runs out for an extra 25 points and the trophy.

Flower Falls Map: The path you walk will fall, so best thing is to get in front of other players. Watch out for "dead ends", and sometimes just slow down as the floor will come back up after a little while.
