Ready up & start your game, now let your game run, do not attack each other just stand still.
You gain 1 point per second.
Each level will cap out at 180 points.
5 levels per match = 5 x 180points = 900 points total.
Time:
180 seconds per round x 5 rounds = 900 seconds ÷ 60 seconds = 15 minutes total
If only we could earn coins in the same manner
That one seems like a massive and boring grind 
Velvet
This can be done online or offline, but is easiest done offline with two controllers. Start up a 2 Player Arena game. Let both players idle through all 5 maps (it'll take about 15 minutes). At the end of the game, both players will have 900 points, unlocking the trophy.
Mahtan, Tinuvil
This is tricky if you don't have a boosting party. You need to have 600 points at the end of all minigames. There are maps you will be able to get more points (100-150) if you get good partners, while others are quite fast (50-75).

Select the "Arena" mode for 2 players, launch it and just wait. For every second spent on the level, you are awarded one coin. Each of the 5 games lasts 180 seconds. You can easily collect 900 coins.
But you won’t be able to just stand your ground either; you need to periodically show signs of playing, otherwise you’ll be thrown out of the game for lack of activity.
