I did this achievement on the bonus stage from world 3 of the base game. You'll need dojo tickets to try it, but you will have enough of them after playing the DLC. Be careful to grab all the fruits, there's 1000 of them so you better try to not miss even one, or you will need some more tickets to retry.
Here is a vid of my run for this achievement. Notice that at the end of the level, I am patient and I take care to not touch the big fruit until I collected all the others!

The fruits you get by mashing A on the big final fruit do count, so you can miss a few.

The above solution is fine, I guess, but world 1 has a much easier bonus stage. It’s much shorter, and you don’t have to collect all of the fruit, just most.
