How to unlock the Untouchable achievement in Marvel Avengers Battle for Earth - Definitive Guide
In order to earn this achievement, you must not be hit in either of the two rounds.
In order words, you are required to get a Double-Flawless Victory.
This will be most easily obtainable on the first fight of any area/arena.
The method I used while Earning the Achievement:
Select the following: Campaign -> Manhattan -> New York Malady
Characters: Black Widow + Wolverine vs. Skrull Thor and Skrull Captain America
Round 1
(Black Widow) Move 3, Move 1, Move 2, Kick (Super Kick)
Immediately switch after Kick, CPU will switch to Captain America
(Wolverine) Move 1, Move 2, Switch
(Black Widow) Repeat as above
Make sure you finish the round with Black Widow so you start the next round with her.
The only reason we switch to Wolverine, is due to the fact that Super Moves do not recharge during a Super Kick Combo.
Do not hesitate with the kick, you can tie it in easily immediately after Move 2 while your opponent is in the air
Round 2
(Black Widow) Move 3, Move 1, Move 2, Kick (Super Kick)
By the end of the combo, your Ultra should be ready. Use it as soon as the game lets you so that your opponent does not have the chance to switch out.
Complete the fight by repeating Black Widow's 3, 1, 2, Kick Combo.
Keep in mind: Super Moves recharge during an Ultra, so there will be no need to switch out, just perform Black Widow's 3,1,2,Kick combo a 2nd time.
This should only take you about 5 tries using this method. Get comfortable with the moves and make sure you use then in quick succession.
There may be a better fight to earn this achievement on, but this is what worked for me.
NOTE: If you are not successful, never quit out, the experience you earn will still count towards the 200GS achievement.
If performed correctly, this is also a decent method to earn easy experience.

@Jayson, just keep at it, and follow the tips. It doesn't necessarily have to be the mission I suggested, it could easily be one of the other first missions, this is just the one I personally found easiest.
Diseased Maniac tried it on the Helicarrier mission, try your luck on that one.

I'm glad the tips at least helped you out. Different people are just better with certain characters in the game. I'd agree that the first Manhattan mission is quite easy as well, this is just what worked for me.

Stringing combos, dodging at the right moments, and making good use of your kicks and breakers are essential to earning this one.
