How to unlock the Recruitment Program achievement in Marvel Heroes Omega - Definitive Guide
This achievement requires either a lot of time spent playing with a lot of luck or a lot of real-world cash spent. At the time of this writing there are currently 56 heroes in the game which means you need to practically own almost every character.
If you wish to go the free route you purchase individual characters with eternity splinters which are dropped or rewarded in game. You can use the eternity splinters to purchase characters from Adam Warlock who appears across all Hubs for 200, 400, or 600 ES.
You can also purchase Random Hero boxes from him for 175 ES. This is a great option for people who are just starting out and don't care to get specific characters right off the bat. The box can contain any character in the game except for the newest added character at that time. The drawback to this however is that you do have the chance to get duplicate characters which will upgrade their ultimate power but not increase your character count.
After you feel like you've gotten your luck's worth of characters this way you can move on purchasing characters for their full price.
If you wish to go the pay-to-play route then the best solution is to buy Gazillion points. This is the premium in-game currency. They usually have in-game events or promotion periods that will give you BOGO characters. The best solution for this is to buy the low-end cost characters (450G) and you will receive a free Random Hero box as described above. This is by far the fastest way to beef up your collection with the least amount spent. BOGO events tend to happen more often than you'd think (once every month or two).
