Complete all the battles in all eight stages of the ISO-8 Brotherhood chapter - Prodigal Sun (one battle),Maggia Assault: Manhattan (seven), ISO-8 Lab Assault: China (six), S.H.I.E.L.D. Base: Los Angeles (six), S.H.I.E.L.D. Base: Wakanda (six), S.H.I.E.L.D. Base: Washington D.C. (five), S.H.I.E.L.D. Base: Hell's Kitchen (seven), and Thunderbolts Mountain (15).
In this chapter you're playing on the villain side, meaning that in some battles particularly in the final stage some of the characters you've been leveling up to the max if you followed the roadmap's advice won't be able to be selected since you'll be fighting them. You should have collected a couple of level 200 characters and covers however who should easily fit the gaps with your usual team, so just treat these fights the same.
