This achievement is unlocked by completing the third story arc named "The Hunt". This arc contains a total of 3 chapters with a total of 38 levels to complete.
Enimies are ranked up a bit so be sure to be in the 80-100 level range.
I personally used the load out of Iron Man, Juggernaut, and Ares (or Bullseye if you havent unlocked Ares yet)
