This achievement is unlocked by completing the second story arc named "Unstable Iso-8". This is the second set of missions with a total of 17 levels to complete.
Enimies are ranked up a bit so be sure to be in the 50-60 level range.
I personally used the load out of Iron Man, Juggernaut, and Venom (or Bullseye when you unlock him and Venom is unselectable)

Completed this a few days ago...achievement won't pop though!? Achievement list says 100% completed but it's still grayed out and no points? Anyone got any ideas?

It happends all too often now on xb1. Usually players just wait it out. I had a few that's been that way for a few months now...there are some solutions on how to try to force it in the fourms, but nothing works 100%

Story Related. Cannot be missed.
There are only 17 battles in this chapter so it will be a lot quicker than the first one. The battles are a step up in difficulty though.
