In order to get this... what I did was invite my friend through xbox friends, then, go to PLAY and click on thier name. I spammed the A button so I'm not sure if it's 1 tap or 2 taps on their name. Then click on ADD FRIEND. Have them accept the invite. Once both of you are FRIENDS, have both of you leave the team to start fresh. Then go to PLAY and click on the plus under your name. Then move the cursor to the right side of the screen where you see friends you have added and click the friend you want to invite. When both of you are in the same lobby, pick 2 characters that "team-up" such as Black Widow and Hawkeye... that's who we used. Then play the entire match as the "Team" you both chose for "Team-up abilities" and when you get to the MVP screen, the Achievement should unlock for all of you Achievement Hunters out there.

Friend request everyone available then if on the off chance they accept the friend request go back into the lobby invite them then finish one full match together this will unlock the achievement.
