Simple achievement, simply kill enemy mutants. It is miswritten however! To get this achievement you must take down 100 (one hundred) enemies, NOT ten!

This along with the Black Panther achievement (It requires a triple kill, not a three kill streak) are miswritten.

This achievement still unlocks after 10 mutant kills, the tracker on Xbox is just wrong and tracks it as 1% = 1 kill. You can check the career tab and then achievements to see your progress.

Above comment is correct - I got this for 10 mutant kills but the tracker goes up by 1% each time to make it seem like it is 100.
