To answer the question you don’t need to strike the killing blow on the enemy. As when I did this I only got one out of the 3 kills. Obviously I would recommend playing Cap a bit learning how he’s played etc because whilst a little underpowered can be utilised very effectively if you learn how to control his Kit. Characters you want to avoid this achievement against are Luna snow and Mantis whilst possible it’s just as their ults just prevent people from dying 99% of the time. Any characters who can jump away or move faster than you ie Star lord or characters that fly constantly. But mainly you wanna try this when their team is grouped and low as you can pop it throw your shield into them hit a few and hopefully your team or you can get the kills. It took me many attempts to do this but albeit Cap was fun to use by the end. Good luck
