Hi gamers, quick guide here. The achievement requires you to hit 4 enemies with Groot's ultimate, Strangling Prison. You want to be close to guarantee hitting the enemy but, for those who don't know, you can aim the ultimate and fire it from afar if you want to try it that way. I got it personally while pushing the payload on the symbiote homeworld. If you are fighting another Groot with a Rocket or Jeff on his shoulder, they will also get caught in the ultimate which makes it easier to get the number of targets required.
