How to unlock the Collateral Damage achievement in Marvel's Midnight Suns - Definitive Guide
Easy way to do this involves Magik. I did this around Level 23. Go to the THREAT Room (requires Abbey Upgrade research). Use Gather to group a ton of guys near an explosive lantern. You may also need to butter them up with Limbo’s Grasp or other minor attacks. Then detonate the lantern and BOOM.

I will try this way soon, I was going to attempt it in Spiderman's THREAT room. Was going to use combat item that buffs enviromental damage and ability that buffs it too.

You can earn this during the story mission “Spirits of Vengeance” during objective “Survive the Onslaught”. Part of the Southwest Story missions which is the second map on the mirror table.
There will be plenty of enemies scattered around the battle area. But you’ll specifically focus on the middle of that crowd.
There will be 2 Soul-less Beasts and 2 Soul-less Minions. You want to bring the HP of both down using Ghost Rider’s “Drain Soul” ability, or by any other means, then target the environmental on the ground which is a red crack on the ground, it costs 1 Heroism to trigger. Once you’ve done that, all 4 enemies within the radius should be KO’d.

Greenpeace forward, and protect nature! But not in this case. The translation is not correct.
We are talking about killing 4 enemies with one object of the environment. For me it was easier to do this with push blocks. Accordingly, if we see a bunch of at least 4 weak enemies in a row next to the block, we weaken them first. And having saved a movement point in advance, we use it to move the hero at the right angle to the block.
Of course, you can also drop hanging weights - they have higher damage, but luring 4 enemies under them at the same time is still random.

Rifts with magic inside (glowing cracks in the ground) are great. You can do this for Spider-Man with his Opportunist ability (increases damage from the environment) or for Magic with her teleport. If there are three enemies around the rift and one further away, you can push the farthest one into the rift or put a portal directed into the rift. Personally, this is how I got the trophy, killing all four in this way. Of course, it is better to bring the training level in the Abbey to 25 (increases all attacks from the environment very significantly).

Can be done in the mission where you need to hold out for 4 waves in the middle of the game. The mission with the ghost rider. There are a lot of exploding rifts there. Also, in order to move enemies there, I advise you to pump up the ability to spend Moves on Knockback enemies in the forge. This way you can push the missing enemy into the explosion zone.
