How to unlock the Redemption achievement in Marvel's Midnight Suns - Definitive Guide
Hello Everyone!
To anyone having issues with this achievement, the problem is the quick resume feature the series consoles have. I learned a technique from the deathloop guides that I figured I'd try for this game and it worked like a charm on each midnight suns dlc achievement that wasn't unlocking for me.
Here are the steps:
1. Go to xbox settings>network settings >go offline
2. Start the game, then load a save right before you complete the achievement requirement and complete it
3. Quit the software
4. Go back to network settings and go back online
5. Either you will pop the achievement back on the hone screen once online or you will have to restart the game to get it

Nope. I never use quick resume because as you noted, it breaks achievements all the time.

Multicron it doesn't matter if you use quick resume or not, the console always has it on when connected to the internet, there is no way to turn it off manually. The only way to turn quick resume off is to play and complete the achievement requirement offline

This is not the solution to complete the achievements but this is information about achievement can be glitched.
I found out that achievements from the every DLCs that was released can be glitched.
It's won't unlock for me and progress stuck at 33%. I also play both round in main play-through and NG+ (Old Save).
You need to start new fresh NG+ to get this achievement. Unbelievable!

That's clearly not all it is, cause I haven't finished the main story at all (I deliberately held off on the last mission until all the DLC was out) and I still can't get them.

As simple as finishing all three of Venoms missions, you do need to beat a general mission between missions 1 & 2, and again between 2 & 3. Currently this trophy is bugged if you try to obtain it while online. You have to be offline for the final mission or it won't pop for most people. Starting a new game or ng+ online might fix that like it did with the Deadpool dlc trophies.
First make sure the DLC is installed. (I was coming back to the game after all the DLC achievements were fixed and couldn't find the mission for longer than I'd like to admit)
Second make sure you finish "Shattering Expectations" at the end of Act 1.
Now the story missions are:
NYC - "The Devil's Due"
NYC - "Making Amends"
NYC - "Lord of Darkness"
Side Note: A General Mission needs to be completed in between the first and second, and second and third missions. Meaning after "The Devil's Due" you must play a General Mission in order to play "Making Amends" and the same goes for after "Making Amends" in order to play "Lord of Darkness"
