How to unlock the The Hunger achievement in Marvel's Midnight Suns - Definitive Guide
First make sure the DLC is installed.
Second make sure you finish "Spidermaaaans" near the end of Act 1.
Now the story missions are:
NYC - "Weird Science"
NYC - "Dead Inside"
NYC - "Here Comes the Sun"
Side Note: A General Mission needs to be completed in between the first and second, and second and third missions. Meaning after "Weird Science" you must play a General Mission in order to play "Dead Inside" and the same goes for after "Dead Inside" in order to play "Here Comes the Sun"

This is not the solution to complete the achievements but this is information about achievement can be glitched.
I found out that achievements from the every DLCs that was released can be glitched.
It's won't unlock for me and progress stuck at 33%. I also play both round in main play-through and NG+ (Old Save).
You need to start new fresh NG+ to get this achievement. Unbelievable!

Just a quick note here, but in my personal experience, at least in NG+, it doesn't matter if you haven't finished the story. The achievement won't unlock. You WILL have to either go into another NG, or try the offline method, which I've not tested yet.
Really ridiculous tho...it's been a nonstop issue since the first DLC, and apparently they either can't get on top of it, or don't care.

I have completed all 3 dlcs on a NG+ with an unfinished story, and not a single Morbius one has popped.
