Marvel's Midnight Suns

After completing Morbius first research: Bleeding Edge which will take 1 day and you have to have a research level 10. The requirements are Complete 3 missions with Morbius.

You'll have to buy the Laboratory upgrade from the forge. The laboratory is a secondary stat modification where you can purchase hero modifications to their secondary stats. A random new set of modifications will become available every few days (normally 3 days)

Once built it will be downstairs in the forge towards the left side (Doctor Strange side) and you'll be able to interact with it where you can buy modifications with credits.

The first day there is only 4 mods so you'll have to wait till the refresh in order to get all 5 for the achievement. You'll have to pick the hero you will want to mod and afterwards you won't be able to mod that hero again for 3 days.
