Marvel's Midnight Suns

WARNING: This achievement is glitched. It’s supposed to unlock after the final DLC research (Truck II). It doesn’t unlock. Lame.

This deals with the research that comes with Deadpool joining the Abbey. It has 3 parts:

• A Balanced Diet - level 3 - complete 2 missions with Deadpool - Food Truck I
• Only the Essentials - level 6 - complete 5 missions with Deadpool - Food Truck II
• The Good Stuff - level 8 - upgrade 2 Deadpool abilities - Effort Maximizer; item and schematic

Once the final research is complete - must select the research during day and complete a mission; 3 day/night cycles minimum - achievement will pop.

NOTE(S):

• This achievement is glitched as of 2/9/23. It may not pop on the original play through.
• Confirmed - New Game+ will pop the achievement. What I ended up doing since Deadpool was unlocked in NG+ is doing the research from the get go. I ended up grinding out all the available research BEFORE even finishing the Spider-Man mission to acquire him. It will NOT show the research results (food truck on the backlot) at the Abbey until Deadpool joins the Abbey from his first mission being completed. Once the research is done and first mission completes, achievement pops.
• Can start the research from Day 1 on NG+
• Do not have to meet the requirements again in NG+ - if already researched in original play through, just need to research again in NG+

This is not the solution to complete the achievements but this is information about achievement can be glitched.

I found out that achievements from the every DLCs that was released can be glitched IF YOU ARE PLAYING on play through that FINISHED Main Story already.




On my first play-through, I played Deadpool and Venom DLCs. I can get 10 achievements of both DLCs normally. But for Morbius DLC and cannot pop it at all.

The different things is while in play Deadpool and Venom DLC. I haven't finish the Main story but for Morbius which I finished the Main story already.

The Conclusion, it have 2 solutions to get these achievements:
Solution 1: If you want to playing on save that already FINISHED Main Story, you need to use offline method
- Launched the game
- Immediately Go to xbox settings > Network settings > Go offline
- Load Save Game before you complete the achievement requirement and complete it,
- Go back Xbox Home and Quit the game
- Go to Xbox settings > Network settings > Go online
- Wait for a while, achievement will popped while you stay on Xbox Home

Solution 2: If you want to play with Online Mode, you need to Start New Game+ and play DLCs on it, achievements will pop normally.
Because New Game+ which is Main story isn't finish and it will work fine.

This information is confirmed on 28th March 2023. Maybe later they will fix it.

To anyone having issues with this achievement, the problem is the quick resume feature the series consoles have. I learned a technique from the deathloop guides that I figured I'd try for this game and it worked like a charm on each midnight suns dlc achievement that wasn't unlocking for me.

Here are the steps:
1. Go to xbox settings>network settings >go offline

2. Start the game, then load a save right before you complete the achievement requirement and complete it

3. Quit the software

4. Go back to network settings and go back online

5. Either you will pop the achievement back on the hone screen once online or you will have to restart the game to get it

In fact it doesn't matter if you play a NG+ or not. You need to play a fresh game from the start. I got all the "glitched" DLC Deapool achievements like that. And it's probably the same with the VENOM DLC now. This is annoying because I don't really want to replay from start for each DLC.
