How to unlock the Fire Burn and Cauldron Bubble achievement in Marvel's Midnight Suns - Definitive Guide

After Agatha has already been met and her first word has been discovered, she will reside in the library. Continue talking to her every day until she’s next to the cauldron.
Once active. Collect mushrooms, flowers etc from around the woodland, take back to the cauldron and craft. Easy 10G - very linear

Note: the cauldron won't activate until you restore Agatha's Altar.

Still early in the game (just got Spider-Man) and I’ve crafted a bunch of stuff but this still hasn’t popped. Does it have to be something specific from the cauldron?

I’ve also crafted a bunch of recipes from the cauldron and more than halfway through the rest of the other achievements. This appears to be buggy.
