How to unlock the Time to Make the Chimichangas! achievement in Marvel's Midnight Suns - Definitive Guide
The easiest way to get this achievement is by using Deadpool in the THREAT room. Same concept as you survive all 3 rounds, just try to get a knockout with each card so that you keep refunding your cards and card plays. Try to get it all in one round, after I ended my turn on the first round the En Fiego meter reset, but I popped the cheevo on the 3rd round with more enemies.

Why after a kill I'm not refunding with a card?

To answer the above, you only get a card refund when killing the "Limbo-ites" who aren't minions. So, killing minions doesn't count and using environment to kill doesn't count.
(Though keep in mind killing minions does help with En Fuego)

I got this easy on the final DLC mission when you have to destroy the artifact that heals itself. Just kept using Fuego cards on the solo vampyre that reinforced and made sure to not completely destroy the artifact until it popped. Super easy.
You can do it in the THREAT room it’ll be easier
If you want to get this over with at the earliest possible, and not wait until THREAT rooms open up, the first encounter on the final Deadpool mission works really well for it. I'd imagine his first two missions might work well for it too, but I didn't get it until the final one.
Just concentrate on eliminating, or taunting with other characters, anyone targeting Deadpool and use a lot of cards with quick kills to keep as many of your card plays per turn as possible. It takes a tiny bit of luck to get the right draws from your deck to start, but it is doable. As long as you keep Deadpool from getting hit it's pretty easy to set up. I believe any kind of armor types of cards prevent losing stacks upon hit too if you have any.
Make sure to keep some of the elites alive so that you keep getting enemy reinforcements. Some enemies will also resurrect randomly each turn. That also helps get the kills needed because they're usually ones that only take one hit to kill.
The first kill will net him 1 En Fuego stack, the second and third kills will net the 2nd En Fuego stack, 2 more for the 3rd, 3 for the 4th, and 4 for the 5th and final stack.
Otherwise some of his upgraded cards do make it so that your teams kills will count towards his En Fuego stacks so that will make it easier once you get them. But those dont unlock until later I believe. Environment kills do not count for stacks though.
Hope this helps somewhat anyways.

A tough trophy, you usually won't be able to fully accumulate En Fuego in missions while playing.
To get the trophy, you need to reach level 5 of En Fuego, for the first you need 1 kill, for the second - 2, etc. However, overkills will not count (for example, for the first you need one kill, you kill two opponents, but the extra kill will not count towards the next level), so calculate carefully.
The easiest way to get this is on an endless mission, such as destroying an artifact. The last mission of the add-on (3rd in a row, "The Deadlist Sin") is exactly like this. Kill the boss and other enemies, but do not destroy the artifact. Each wave, 2 weak mobs will run, kill them with Deadpool cards (it is important to kill with cards here, kills with move and environment do not count towards En Fuego) until you get the trophy. I got it on turn 15, probably knocking out the Venom trophy along the way

We take this option and go to the room, to the opponents of the soul. And we easily calculate the lives of the opponents and take them out one by one, do not forget that the card is not spent during KO. The first wave will be enough up to level 5), if one wave is not enough, we use invisibility, the level will not reset.
