The, Pants, Party
The first wave of enemies only has one active at a time, but you should be able to get this on any other one. Simply use your normal strategies to weaken two different enemies so they are down to like 10% health, then make sure you have full stamina and go all out. If possible, herd them together so you can pretty much kill them with the same attacks. A Targeted Fusion can hit multiple enemies, so that's a great way to do it as well.
