How to unlock the Costume Collector achievement in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 - Definitive Guide
The, Pants, Party
Every character (except Nick Fury) has one alternate costume. All of the costumes can be unlocked by defeating 50 enemies after choosing a side in the war at the end of Act 1. Some characters who don't actually participate in the Civil War can be done at any time, while others have to be on a certain side of the war. The Registration requirements can be found in this thread.
Make sure on your first playthrough of the game you unlock every costume for characters that require that alignment in the war before starting a new game.
