I did both of the achievements for this mission at the same time. Essentially, you will have to ignore all the hazards including flamethrowers, gun turrets, and electrified floors. The robot can be damaged by them but considering I did both of these at the same time on Legendary, he can also take quite a bit of punishment without dying. You can also bring Iron Fist with you and spam his healing to top the robot off. You should be able to finish the mission with well over 75% health. Just make sure you use a strong team and kill the actual enemies quickly, and move the big machinery in the puzzle room so he doesn't stand on electrified floors for too long.
