[Potential Spoilers]

If you started out the game on Super-Heroic, then this is not much harder. I personally found it easier than the first play through because I was starting around level 35 and had found my favorite characters. At the very start of the game, you cannot choose your team, but as soon as I could choose, the team I used was:
Jean Grey (Spammed RT+X to use her Pyrokine blast)
Nick Fury (Spammed RT+Y to use his Plasma Volley)
Thor (Spammed RT+B on bosses to use his Mighty Swipe)
Hulk (He allows you to be able to use targeting fusions with Jean Grey).

I recommend putting points into the moves I mentioned first and then leveling the other moves later. I also recommend putting points into anything that says it increases power damage or all damage, followed by anything that has to do with HP. What I did was used Jean Grey against standard enemies and absolutely wrecked most of them and against large robots or boss enemies, I would either use Nick Fury or Thor. If Jean Grey ever died, I would just use Nick Fury and spam his RT+Y move. Another thing that is very effective against bosses is the use of targeting fusions, which is why I used Hulk as my 4th character. During the final stage, you will be riding an elevator and there are a lot of enemies that spawn, as well as enemies that will stall the elevator. For this part, I just used Nick Fury and put all of my healing tokens into making sure he didn't die. Just float and keep spamming RT+Y. The trophy pops after

I completed this game on legendary years ago on 360 and don't remember using this team, so I am sure you can finish the game using your favorite characters, but these 4 are just who I used on this play through.
