How to unlock the The Best There Is (At What I Do) achievement in Marvel vs Capcom 2 - Definitive Guide
In case people are wondering about it, here's the general lay down:
1. A "Unique" team are characters in a specific order. For example, Juggernaut, Cable and Iron Man is considered a completely different team from Cable, Juggernaut and Iron Man.
2. A "One Character Victory" is winning a match as your starting character without switching out into another character. However, using assists and team specials (Both assist buttons) is still allowed.
3. 20 Unique teams refers to the teams YOU use, and the"One Character Victories" you have accumulated will only be applied to your over all total as long as that team remains in the 20 you've last used. Meaning, if you have a team with 49 "One Character Victories" and you use 20 other unique teams, then those victories will be lost for good.
4. If you want to keep track of what your last 20 unique teams are (Which are the ones that matter toward the achievement) and your current amount of "One Character Victories" on them; you can check them out on the official MvC2 site (Click on the tab called "Gamer Cards" at the top of the page) - http://www.tu4ar.com/mvc2.html?lang=en.
Best of luck

Okay so the link works again hopefully it will stay working this time. Thanks to StarRoadWarrior for the update.

Ok just to be sure I can use the same 3 characters (ryu Ken akuma) without ever switching characters just as long as I use ryu to get the wins?

I just wanted to add to the other solutions which were really great already, (please give them some positive votes if they helped you) but no one really explained how to set up a boosting session. So I will attempt to explain how to do it.
1. Have both players go into a party or private chat for clear communications with each other.
2. Have player A wait at the create a ranking match with "no sound" menu. While player B stays in the rank match custom lobby with "no sound", readying to refresh the list.
3. Have player A create the game and announce it to player B. Player B refreshes the list and hopefully picks the game with player A.
4. Player B should take note of player A's ping number if successfully matched together. (just in case there is more players on the rank match custom lobby list and that way you guys can pinpoint each other with your ping numbers)
5. Finish match with your first character, rinse & repeat for whoever needs the cheev. Make sure to take note of the ping number so that both players should be matched up almost every time. There might be times that a different player hops on to your game, but no biggie just communicate and memorize the ping number.
*Bonus Tip* (optional)
You can use the same team 50x and obtain the confusing cheevo successfully. Basically the method was, I choose Juggernaut as my first since he has the highest attack damage and have one of the most damaging supers. After you pick him in the character select screen then spam the A button to pick his first assist type then whoever characters were next with their first assist types (if memory serves me right it was cable after then wolverine). I started this with no OCV's whatesoever and this should speed up your character select menu time for every game. When the game starts, I attack with LP 2x then Head Crush (QCF PP) super. Then I just do a Power Up (DP PP) followed by a Juggernaut Punch (HCF HP) and I spammed that until I got another super to use. Rinse & repeat. IMHO this is the fastest way especially for noobs like me. Hope this helps anyone.
LP = Light Punch
QCF = Quarter Circle Forward
PP = Both punch buttons
DP = Dragon Punch or Shoryuken motion (Down, Forward, Down Forward)
HCF = Half Circle Forward
HP = Heavy Punch

This achievement is FAR harder than it should be because the leaderboards have been restarted at least 3 times.
If you are going for it try and do it within the stretch of like a month, because I got to 43, than I got to 31 and now it is restarted and I have to start over again.
The biggest problem you may encounter is people disconnecting. Normally if you are pounding them and on their last character they will disconnect, and even if you do finish their last man it will not count if they disconn before the victory screen.
Good Luck

To get a OCV you must defeat all 3 of your opponents characters with only your starting character, which is really a harsh task. You cannot switch your characters all however you are allowed to use assists and team hyper combos as much as you please. If your boosting this should be no problem however if you decide to get it without the help of others you in for one heck of a journey. I will say though, don't feel bad about spamming, use the cheapest team you can possible, with all the top tier whores in ranked there's really no need to worry about playing "fair". If you need a good OCV team please refer to this thread: Team Used for 50 OCV
