How to unlock the Combo Machine achievement in MARVEL VS. CAPCOM: INFINITE - Definitive Guide

To perform an auto combo (with any character), you simply need to connect light punches at least 3 times.

With default controls, light punch is cn_X, so simply mash cn_X until "auto combo" pops up on the side of the screen.

The achievement will pop at the end of the match where your 20th combo was performed.

Simply press light punch over and over again.

Seriously, that's all. Mashing light punch will trigger the auto combo.

Rinse and repeat.

To perform an auto combo, you will need to press at least eight times (six if you're using a heavy character like Hulk or Nemesis. This works much like auto combos found in Persona 4 Arena and Rush combos in The King of Fighters XIV, but unlike the aforementioned two games, you can enable or disable this option at any time in the game's control settings.

If you are doing an auto combo while grounded, it will transition to an air combo during the second half of said combo, but if you are doing them while airborne, it will end with the air combo and vice versa.

As the trophy's description states, you will need to perform at least 20 auto combos in arcade mode or in any online mode in order to unlock it.
