This achievement can be unlocked as per the description indicates by playing Story Mode and by completing it.

Story mode has 39 fights in all.
The last fight is between Captain Marvel and Dante versus Ultron Omega.

Story related. Cannot be missed.

At the beginning of the chapter, you will learn about the reasons behind what brought about the convergence, Thanos's encounter with Death, Ultron and Sigma's meeting, Ultron's betrayal of Thanos, and the rise of Ultron Sigma. The fights in this chapter consist of the following as listed below.

  • X/Thor vs. Ultron Omega (In this fight, you will need deal a specific amount of damage to Ultron Sigma's health before Dante's reaches zero)
  • Captain Marvel/Dante vs. Ultron Omega

At the end of the final battle, X will prepare to fire the Infinity Buster as the group hands him the four remaining stones (Power, Soul, Mind, and Time) needed to fire the weapon and defeat Ultron Sigma once and for all, therefore stopping the spread of the Ultron Sigma Virus, which marks the end of the game's story. For tips on fighting Ultron Omega, please refer to the "Earth's Mightiest Hero" trophy.
