Easy to boost since this game is very dead.
I did this in ranked, me and my buddy both searched for same region, and +3 connection. It may take a bit to connect, but once you do you're good to go. As long as your buddy isn't attacking you you'll get the achievement for sure.

In order to unlock this trophy, you will need to win a match in any online mode without blocking any attack from your opponent at least once. Whether this is earned from a ranked, player, or lobby match does not matter at all as long as the match is completed from start to finish without having either you or the player disconnect or leave during the match.
