Easiest way is to play Arcade, setting difficulty to "very easy" (hit
on character select screen for options) and you can just use a hyper combo right when each round begins (

works for every character). On very easy, the AI will rarely ever block it.Another easy method is equipping the red Reality stone and hitting
as soon as each round begins -- this will fire a homing projectile.Make sure you actually finish the matches for them to count; also the achievement won't pop until the end of the match where you got the 50th first hit.

A "First Attack" is awarded when either the player or the opponent lands the first hit as soon as the match starts. This will be designated with a "First Attack" wordmark that appears on the left or right side below the health bar depending on who has landed it first. Additionally, if you or an opponent block an attack when the match starts, it will not count as such until they dealt the first hit once they find an opening.
As the trophy's description states, you will need to perform your first attack against your opponent at least 50 times in order for it to unlock.
