Missions are available from the main menu.
First there is a set of tutorial missions, and then they go by character.
Finishing the tutorial missions should give you the 20 you need for this achievement. If you can't complete one or more of them, simply continue on to character missions and do them until this pops.
Each character has 10 missions and they tend to start simple & easy but quickly become more difficult.
