Mask of Mists (EP)

While not story related, it's very unlikely you'll get through the game without killing at least one enemy along your travels so as such, this will unlock naturally. The first enemy you come to will be past the gate that you need to fix the lever on (the lever is located in the Storage building). Take the enemy out (or any of the other many enemies you come across) and the trophy will unlock.
