There are a total of six Navigation Crystals, each of which are found within their own respective dungeons. They are found at the end of the dungeon, neither of which are terribly long or difficult to get through. To activate them, just interact with them. If you interact with them again, you'll be teleported back to the entrance of the dungeon.
