Manual save before you go to the abyss and don't overwrite that save. There are two endings, but for 1 you need the special mushroom you get by playing all the stone masks. When you're in the Abyss you can't go back.

After you activate the 6 Navigation Crystals, a portal will open up in the ruins near the Beanstalk you grew. This is the point of no return in the game. Once you go through the Portal, you can't come back so if you're missing anything required for the endings, you need to get it before you interact with this portal.
As soon as you go through the portal, the trophy will unlock.
