Inside the hidden library of the first house you enter at the beginning of the game, there's a journal page letting your know about a "lost fort terrace key" as well as an unfinished painting showing the location of the key. This is the picture as a reference:
The location is just by the second dungeon. When you reach it (after you clear the purple and orange vines with the Rabbit meat), keep going up the hill until you reach a large marble-like structure (there's a puzzle in the middle of this with 4 pedestals and a button in the center) but ignore the structure for now and just stand at the entrance to it. There's a path leading to the left and a small area on the right. Go into the area on the right and on the ground, just behind a rock, will be the Fort Terrace Key on the ground. Pick it up to unlock the trophy.
