Head back to the Citadel. Travel to Zakara level 26 and enter the warehouse to meet the contact. You’ll be told to take a cab over to another warehouse where you can find out where Sidonis is. Of course, a fight breaks out and you have to go through LOKI mechs, Blue Suns mercenaries, and YMIR mechs to get the information. When you finally reach Harkin, prevent Garrus from shooting him in the leg. Once you do, then you have to keep Sidonis talking long enough for Garrus to line up a shot. Since you have two conversation options, it’s really not a difficult thing to accomplish.
