Another combat heavy mission I must add so bring your big guns for this one.

During the final mission, which carries on from the third mission, you will be continuing the chase to catch up to your attacker from the previous mission. Upon catching and defeating him, the achievement will unlock.

It's hard to give tips without spoiling the story, so I'll keep it simple. There will be a few mercs at the beginning of the mission, but nothing that can't be easily handled. Continue to shoot at your target until they run out of medi-gel. Once they do, a cutscene will begin that will take you to the end of the mission.
