How to unlock the Eye of the Hurricane achievement in Mass Effect 3 - Definitive Guide
You encounter over 20 Brutes over the Game, i sure you get this Achievement without trying to get it. You can found the first four Brutes on Palaven, while you search for the Primach. Shoot then at low hp, search for a free Place and let them charge you...
After meeting Garrus and fighting your second Brute in the first area of the camp with the objective, you'll find a "Reaper Blackstar" weapon with one shot on the floor along the Turian outpost on the right. It shoots one of those killer red beams after a few seconds' charge. Not that much further ahead, two more Brutes will pop out. Lure them as you wish, but when they're charging at you, let the Blackstar rip. (On Insanity, it's best to take both Brutes out with the same shot.) There's a checkpoint after that second Brute, so if you screw it up, you can die and try again.
On Tuchanka when you're trying to activate the hammers to call the thresher maw, there will be 4 Brutes. If you hide behind one of the triggers for the hammers, the Brutes will have trouble getting to but will try to charge anyway.
Be warned, that they can eventually get around the trigger and they can sometimes hit you even from the other side.

The way I did this was to employ the new roll mechanic (tapping A when not near cover). Wait for the brute to charge, roll out of the way, and unload on it. It's also made a lot easier if you have a fire-based ability such as Incinerate. I just kept repeating this until the brute's armor (which is its last meter, as they have no health) was within the range that one of my incinerates knocks off... then I put some distance between me and it, waited for it to charge, and lit him up.
I suggest being a Vanguard with fully upgraded biotic charge. Just time it right and slam into an almost-dead brute as he's about to rush you. (I did it on accident and got the achievement).
You will be introduced to the Brute enemy during your mission on Palaven. This is the first main story mission after visiting the Citadel for the first time. As you are killing husks with a turret defending a barricade, your next fight will be against this monstrosity. Wear down the armor first, and try to avoid the husks that are also attacking. When you get it to 1 bar left, wait for it to charge at you. When it does, shoot it with your most powerful power or weapon. If it dies and isn't charging, you can try to let the husk enemies finish you off so you can restart the battle. These also appear online in the later waves if you miss them all in the campaign.
You’ll first encounter brutes in the mission to Palaven’s moon. They are basically giant husks and aren’t much of a danger to you, as long as you stay away from them. Instead of a health bar, they only have an armor bar, so incinerate is powerful against them. When they charge, one of their arms will go up. Roll or sprint out of the way and fire at them as they pass by you. They don’t need to be coming straight at you for you to get this trophy. I got it when the brute had charged past me and came to a stop. As long as they die when they charge at you (and like most enemies in Mass Effect, they will come right at you), you’ll get this trophy without much trouble.
You can also do this trophy online. Just make sure that when searching for a match, the enemy type is set to reapers. This will be easier on Bronze difficulty and one missile (assuming that you have one from one of the item packs) will do the trick.
