This Achievement Unlocks Directly After the ending you choose, Be It Red, Blue, Or the Green ending, this achievement pops up after making the choice.

You have to walk directly straight from where you resume control after the cutscene.

Don't do what i did. Turned around, shot the kid and no achievement.oops!! but you still get an ending of sorts albeit a bit brief. but i did get put back just b4 the assault on the illusive man so not to bad.

Need to warn the players, if you shoot at the child at end the achievement will not pop up and you will need to redo the last mission again. But you get a nice video of your utter failure :)

This achievement will pop right at the end of the game after you make your final selection, on a path. If u wish to see the requirements for a particular ending then use the site below, it has a nice table that sums up what will happen based on your choice and military strength.
