How to unlock the Alliance achievement in Mass Effect: Andromeda - Definitive Guide

SPOILER ALERT: I unlocked this by siding with Sloane Kelly during the "High Noon" mission. I cannot speak for any alternate ways to unlock this achievement, but feel free to use my solution!

I sided with the Charlatan and got it. It seems like you can side with either faction during "High Noon".

Both factions are Outlaws so it doesn’t matter who you ally with. High Noon is a requirement for creating an Outpost on Kadara.

How do you side with Charlatan? I was only able to side with Sloane (and I didn't want).

Don't pull the trigger when he walks up is how you side with reyes aka the charlitan. I did this already but didn't get it, playing a second time maybe I will now, since I had internet issues maybe that effected it

I sided with Sloane and completed the quest, but no achievement. This game will forever suck.

This achievement is buggy. Had to reload an auto save to unlock it.

I did this mission years after the final mission on Meridian, so it's not really "main storyline", but seems to be tagged as such here.

*Spoilers included*

This is a story-based mission that takes place on Kadara, so you'll have to progress enough in the main story to have access to the planet.

This mission takes place after you do a few missions for Reyes Vidal. Once those are complete (to include attending a party with Reyes that Sloane Kelly throws), you will get a message from her that she wants to speak to you at the Outcast HQ. She will be there, alone. She will inform you that The Charlatan (the leader of The Collective, the opponents of the Outcasts) has had her second-in-command, Kaetus, beaten up. She has a message that the Charlatan wants to meet her in Draulir, a location in Haarfel on Kadara, and she needs your help because she thinks it may be a trap. She will ask you to meet her at the designated location and you'll be given a quest marker there. When you get to the marker, she will be waiting for you outside a cave.

Before you start the conversation with her, make a save, because the "interrupt" choice(s) you will make soon will determine who will be in charge of Kadara after the meeting, because it is indeed a trap, in addition to the earning of the achievement.

Walk up to Sloane, and you will get a cutscene. You will find out that Reyes Vidal is actually the Charlatan, and he has attempted to lure Sloane to the cave with the intent to kill her. During the conversation and the start of the one-on-one duel (hence the name of the mission), you will get the flash of a sniper scope and you'll get an interrupt chance to save Sloane's life. There are two interrupt possibilities here:

1. If you allow Sloane to be killed, the mission will continue with a quest to meet Reyes in Tartarus, the nightclub in the Kadara Slums. After a short conversation, the output will be made available to the Initiative, the two will shake hands, and the achievement will pop. If you want Reyes in charge for the rest of the game, you can continue from here. If you want Sloane in charge, reload the save, and proceed with the second choice.

2. If you take the interrupt to save her (no achievement), there will be a continuation of the cutscene where Reyes attempts to escape by shuttle. You will get a second interrupt here to shoot him before he does (the shot does not kill him, and he escapes). The mission will continue, with a new step to talk to Sloane at Outcast HQ. Here, she will essentially extort a cut of the revenues from the outpost in exchange for allowing it to be there, but you get the outpost in the end.

No matter who you finally decide to be in charge of Kadara after the mission, they will be with you for the final mission of the game.

This unlocks from the culmination of missions involved to set up an outpost on Kadara. You will get this after completing the mission 'High Noon'.

On Kandara during the main story mission "Hunting the Archon" make sure you interrogate Vehn Terev. After that, complete the following quests: Behind Enemy Lines, A People Divided, Healing Kadara’s Heart, Modern Medicine, Precious Cargo, and Night on the Town.

Once you have completed all of the above, you will be able to accept the "High Noon" quest from Sloane in Outcast HQ. Complete it to unlock this achievement.

This trophy can only be earned in single player.

You unlock this trophy after finishing the side mission High Noon. This mission is given to you by the outlaw leader Sloane in the Outcast Headquarters in Kadara. You go to Kadara automatically during the story mission Hunting the Archon.

You will also have to finish the side missions:

1. Healing Kadara's Heart
2. Modern Medicine
3. A People Divided
4. Behind Enemy Lines
5. Precious Cargo
6. Night on the Town

Once these missions are done, Sloane will give you the High Noon quest. Once you finish this quest, this trophy should unlock.

The trophy is completed on the planet "Kadara" along a chain of additional missions. To get the trophy, you need to stay on Reyes' side and let the sniper shoot Sloane at the end of the chain, when Sloan asks you to help her with the rebels and the fight between her and Reyes begins.

You don't have to kill anyone, then you will form an alliance with Sloane. In general, the main thing is to complete the quest chain "Mastering Kadar"

The trophy, one might say, is plot-related (you can’t screw it up, unless the quest fails )
To obtain it, it is enough to complete the mission “Mastering Kadara” until the end between “Les Miserables” and “Collective”. Any choices made during the quest will not affect the trophy.

If you want to hook up with Reyes, choose his side and let him shoot Sloan, romance with him does not affect the main love line and is possible before the flight to Meridian
