This is the achievement for Peebee's loyalty mission. Should pop once Peebee: A Mysterious Remnant Signal is done and the unlocks for Peebee's 6th level skills occur. That being said, I have finished this mission several times, and no achievement.

if the achievement doesnt unlock reload the autosave from the end of the mission then complete it and then load multiplayer via the apex strike missions that got it to unlock for me

This is unlocked by completing Peebee's loyalty mission "A Mysterious Remnant Signal."

You earn this trophy by doing the loyalty mission for Peebee. Keep doing her side missions until you get access to his loyalty mission. Finish this mission to unlock this trophy. The mission is called - Peebee: A Mysterious Remnant Signal.
