How to unlock the Sucker Punch achievement in Mass Effect: Andromeda - Definitive Guide

I made this guide hope it helps everyone out.

For a text guide, you need the Pull ability I had it equipped to my cn_RB. To do this you need to lock on to a hostile then use pull by holding down the button you have it mapped to to then hold down cn_Y to stab them with the omni blade.

Update: As posted by Erwo the Elder in the comments, he was using a Kett Sword and the achievement did not track, however once he switched back to the Omni-Blade it started tracking again. Unsure if other melee weapons will void the tracking as well but better safe than sorry.

so i either made this start counting when i restarted my game, or by switching back to a omni blade melee weapon... so if yours isnt tracking try either one or both of those

I didn't have that issue with Sucker Punch, however I had that with Fast Ball and yah I figured out by rebooting my system/game and i just moved on to the next planet.

I was using a kett sword and the achievement wasn't tracking. I think they fall to the ground in the middle of the melee. Omni-blade only!

Kett Carfalon (III or IV tested) do not work!!!

Switched to omniblade and tracking continued. Didn't restart game or console.

I'm gonna try using pull. Have been using singularity to get them floating and then running in and using Omni-blade, but not working.

Do you have to kill your target or can you just hit your target?

Krogan Hammer doesn't track.

This may have been fixed in the patch, as the Krogan Hammer worked just fine for me.

I did it with the Asari Sword all the way. No problem at all. Just a little tip to avoid losing hits on enemys: keep holding down the button you assingned Pull and just press Y, no need to hold it. I could do the achievement in 2 or 3 battles since you don't need to kill the enemy, just hit him. That meens you can use one single enemy to count 2 or 3 hits, depending on what level is your weapon and the difficulty you set.

Confirmed that it works for the Asari Sword.

I'm using the Kett sword and it's tracking fine. Maybe there was a bug that's now fixed?

Also, hitting the Breachers (smaller unshielded floating Remnant things) seems to count.

As an alternative to pull, Annihilation at level 6 will launch all small unarmoured/unshielded enemies into the air. They're a bit harder to hit than using Pull but you can get multiple basic scrubs airborne at once.

It does track with the krogan hammer. It's just a little harder to get kills with floating things with it, because the hammer is designed to smash things against the ground. It most definitely tracks if you get one, though.

Also, you can get this without spending any biotic points on Ryder if you keep Peebee in your squad. She makes things float. The only thing is, her cue, "Gravity going away in 3... 2..." comes after she's already used the power. If you hear her say that, something is already floating.

I'd also like to contribute by saying that I have attempted to use Singularity, but that doesn't seem to be making any progress on the achievement at all. Dunno why that is, I mean the enemies are floating in it

Fail proof way to do this is by using the omni blade. Some of the other melee weapons will not trigger the achievement to track or count towards it so to play it safe, just use the omni blade.

You need Pull unlocked to do this the easiest, using stasis doesn't appear to work, fyi. Just use pull to pull the enemy towards you and while you still have the button held, click Y or whatever your melee button is to stab or hit the enemy. It doesn't have to kill the enemy, just simply hitting it will do and count towards the progress. Repeat 25 times to unlock the achievement.

In the video I show you how it is done. Happy hunting!

Good to know! thank you! I had been reading other places that people were not seeing progress counted with other melee weapons so I wanted to give everyone the safe bet.

This trophy is for using a melee attack on a floating enemy 25 times.

The easiest way to do this to make sure that Pull is active in your skill tree. Pull an enemy to you and while they're floating next to you, aim and melee them with cn_T

Do this 25 times for the trophy.

This trophy can only be earned in Singe-player.

You will need to either buy Pull (Biotic Skill tree) or Singularity (Biotic Skill tree). Now use either of them on an enemy to suspend them in mid-air. Now go towards the floating enemy and melee them by pressing . Do this 25 times to unlock the trophy.

Tip - Use the Asari sword as your melee weapon as it allows you to teleport and hit an enemy. It's pretty useful if enemies are floating a bit higher and out of your reach.

You will need either the "Pull" (Biotic) skill to unlock this achievement. Use Pull to lift an enemy off the ground, then move in close and use a melee attack on them while still in the air (make sure you use the Omni-Blade, as some other melee weapons won't count). Repeat 24 times (you'll get credit for multiple hits on the same enemy). Must be done in SP.

“Narrative” difficulty, pumped up “Thrust” and some kind of melee weapon with a larger radius so that the enemies do not have time to fly too high.

Any enemy you hold with Thrust is considered flying, so it's not necessary to look for Observers or Soldiers Also note that the opponent does not have to be finished off with a punch, just a punch is enough for the trophy to be gained.

The easiest way to do this is to destroy the enemy's 70% health. We use the pull to pull the enemy towards us and, WITHOUT RELOWING UP, press . Personally, I used the Asari Sword. But I think it will work with any melee weapon.

The trophy can be obtained with any melee weapon, regardless of its size. Pull and push

Take the ability " Thrust " ( biotics ). We attract the enemy to ourselves and finish him off manually .
