This is Grunts loyalty mission on Tuchanka.
Speak to the shaman to start the Rift trials which consist of 3 waves or rounds of enemies.
I highly recommend doing this on easy difficulty as the last wave is a thresher maw (there's a separate and missable achievement for killing it) that is a cakewalk on easier difficulties.
Completing the mission rewards you with the achievement.

make sure you talk to wrex first and explore the area perhaps
