To unlock this achievement Specialist Traynor will ask to speak to you about an unusual distress call from Grissom Academy & Something to do with Cerberus so complete the mission encounter an old friend along the way and you’ll save some kids from being kidnapped

To be precise, this mission will disappear when the player starts Priority: Tuchanka (cure the Genophage using the Shroud tower). It is highly missable, especially if you're trying to keep all side quests for the endgame.

Apparently this mission disappears after 3 missions have passed after you get this. I've long completed the Priority: Tuchanka; and Priority Surkesh missions and this mission was still here. It just depends on your overall progress, but don't leave it more than 3 missions.

After the main mission "Priority: Palaven" speak to Traynor to unlock this quest. You must do this pretty much immediately or you will fail it and not be able to unlock the achievement. Doing three missions after acquiring it will result in automatic failure. You can find a walkthrough for this mission HERE.
