This is a missable achievement.
You get this achievement after completing the mission Rannoch: Geth Fighter Squadrons (Shut down geth server).
You have to complete it before doing the mission: Reaper Base on Rannoch (8. Priority Mission Rannoch), afterwards the mission is gone.
It becomes available after completing Priority: Geth Dreadnought

I'm just here to complain about how I dislike this mission. Probably the worst in the entire series. I get what they were trying, but it's just boring.

Same as the previous comment. I remember I liked it when first played it 10 years ago, but never replayed until yesterday... it is a noble effort to introduce variety in the gameplay but it gets old very quickly

After the main quest "Priority: Geth Dreadnought" speak to Legion to acquire this quest. It will be labeled as "Geth Comm Hub" on the map. You can find a walkthrough for this mission HERE.
Note: You must complete this quest prior to doing "Priority: Rannoch" or it will disappear.
