Easy-Way: Throw a grenade at you feet, doing yourself damage, and save. Use medkit, reload save, repeat. That's it

You can use medi-gel by pressing 'Y' on your gamepad to heal Shepard and her/his companions. The higher the difficulty, the more often you'll have to utilize it. Do it 50 times and the achievement will pop-up.

Please be aware that certain skills will allow you to use medi-gel more often.

I just want to add to the two guides above.

I had issues unlocking this, I tried about 4 different times on playthroughs of ME: 1 and it would just not unlock for me. And I'm sure I used well over 200 medi-gel across these playthroughs.

So I assumed that my save file and or tracker for the achievement was glitched.

So I went and deleted all my saves from the cloud, and started completely fresh.

So here's what I did.

Once you get into the first area, Put the game difficulty on Insanity so you take more damage from grenades that you throw, You have about 4 grenades to start. Look to the ground throw them and detonate until your health is below half (I did this cause I wasn't sure if maybe if you used medi-gel when your health was above half that it wouldn't add to the counter). After make a save once you are able to while your health is below half. Then proceed to use 1 medi-gel. Reload save and repeat.

After 50 it unlocked for me first try. I counted to make sure.
