This one is pretty easy,
I just kept using Pull next to balconies on the enemies and got it in no time. Having your squadmates use their abilities counts towards this achievement as well, not just you.
When you hear the enemies scream as they get dropped that's how you know you are getting progress on this achievement.

You can do this achievement simultaneously with Head Hunter during the Prologue. Shoot a Mech's head while it's near other Mechs, and watch them explode. I know because it worked with me.
EDIT: Another good mission to get these achievements if you don't have them by then is N7: Hahne-Kedar Facility because Mechs keep coming.

The, Pants, Party
This is easy to get if you're using a Soldier class with Inferno ammo, you'll set nearly everyone on fire. If not, use Biotic powers such as Pull when enemies are near ledges so they fall off. Asking your squad to use powers still counts as well.
