This achievement requires you to add Tali to your party and finish 5 missions with her.
You will be able to recruit her early in the game. After you land on the Citadel, continue the main mission until your investigation leads you to the alley where you have to save her. After the scene in Udina's office you will be able to add her to the team.

This achievement seems to be buggy, I have had Tali in my party for every mission since getting her on the citadel, I’ve done lots of side missions and main missions and it still hasn’t unlocked.

The, Pants, Party
This achievement is for having Tali on your squad. You only need to do five "missions" which include both main story and side-quests (assignments). You can get this while doing Citadel side-missions or on the first planet after. Switch her out for Wrex, Liara, or Garrus after to work on their achievements before finalizing your favorite squad.
