The easiest way I found to get this is just use liara make a save and just use the ability 25 times it can done either by using it in combat or on the rapid transit terminals on the citadel that's what worked for me.

This worked with the Citadel Rapid Transit terminal in the C-Sec atrium. Don't know if it matters, but I waited a bit before reloading. It didn't seem to work at all on the Mako, unlike the other ability achievements.

In my case, this only unlocked when used against enemies. No other method did the job.

Singularity is a skill that can be used by the Adept class, or by Liara. To use a skill, hold 
and choose it from the wheel for whoever has it unlocked (you may need to invest some skill points to unlock it). This achievement can easily be farmed by targeting a Citadel Rapid Transport terminal. For some reason, people find the most success doing this with the terminal in the C-Sec Atrium location. Otherwise, use it regularly during combat on enemies to unlock it naturally.

Progress toward these achievements is saved at the profile level, not tied to the save file, so you can reload the same save 25 times and get any of the applicable achievements out of the way in just a few minutes.
